Chief of Registration Responsibilities
- Responsible for registering the participants, including verification of driver’s credentials and accepting and accounting for registration fees, and entering registered drivers in the timing software.
- This includes collecting money, keeping an accurate record of who paid and how much (Registration sheet), and entering paid entrants into the timing system

- Money box
- Registration sheet
- Timing computer
- It is recommended that you have the computer ready to enter drivers as they register. It makes the final driver entry much faster.
- Assemble the registration Team
- Should be done by event chair, but as chief, ultimately the responsibility is yours
- It is recommended to have four people for this station.
- One person for the computer
- One person to take money and fill out the entry sheet
- One person to take care of entries that are not pre-registered or are weekend members.
- One person to assist –can relive others to allow them to walk the course
- Put entries in timing system
- Should be done as people register.
- Do an audit, (easier with two people) using the registration sheet, and compare to the timing system. (i.e. If number 117 is checked in on the registration sheet, make sure they are entered in AXWare and so on)
